Stewed Flower Maw Soup with Cordyceps Flower and Snail Slices

Soak the flower glue tube in advance and cut it open. For the specific soaking process, please refer to the previous article

Soak the snails in warm water for 30 minutes, rinse and set aside

Cordyceps flowers with spore powder should not be soaked, just wash gently, and set aside after washing

Cut the old chicken into pieces, wash and set aside

Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot, add pure water and simmer for 3 hours.
Tips:
1. Add salt when the soup is ready for consumption, because edible salt contains iodine. If the temperature is too high, it will destroy the iodine in the salt.
