Stewed Grass Carp with Cabbage
1.
Wash the grass carp cubes and marinate them with appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and star anise powder. (Pickled the night before and make it at noon the next day.)
2.
Wash the cabbage heart appropriately and cut finely.
3.
Set aside shredded shiitake mushrooms.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add grass carp cubes and fry on low heat. Don't move it while frying, knowing that it is slightly browned, shaking the wok fish will not stick to the pan. (Don’t use a spatula to shovel it all the time at the beginning)
5.
Flip and fry until slightly yellow.
6.
Shovel the fried fish out first, leave a little oil in the pan, add cabbage stalks and stir fry.
7.
Then add cabbage leaves, stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt and water to boil.
8.
Finally, add the fried fish to the cabbage, then add a spoonful of shredded shiitake mushrooms and a little soy sauce, bring to a boil and simmer.
9.
Stew to the extent you like.
