Stewed Keel with Green Beans
1.
1. Soak the green beans in clean water for a while in advance, about an hour.
2.
The pig keel is soaked in rice-washing water for ten minutes to facilitate degreasing and cleaning.
3.
Wash the chives and keel and set aside
4.
Boil the keel in a pot of boiling water, over cold water
5.
Put the soaked green beans and keel into the pressure cooker
6.
Add about a teaspoon and a half of salt in total
7.
Half a spoon of salt, increase or decrease according to personal taste. My taste is lighter.
8.
Pour the cooking wine, about one and a half spoons of a small spoon
9.
Simmer in a pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a while, wait for the breath to disappear, open it and sprinkle in chopped green onion and goji berries, then put it into a bowl
Tips:
1. If the green beans are not soaked, they can be stewed directly after washing. The simmering time needs to be a little longer, so that the keel will be out of bone and the bone will be crisp. According to personal preference.
2. For those who like heavy flavors, keel meat can be dipped in garlic sauce soy sauce.
