Stewed Lemon with Rock Sugar

Take two lemons and rub them with salt. The effect of this step is to remove the wax from the outer surface of the lemons.

Remove both ends and seeds of lemon to prevent bitterness.

Put rock sugar and lemon into the stewing pot and simmer for 10 hours.
