Stewed Meat

Wash pork belly

Cut into 1-2cm long pieces

Take a small bowl and pour 60g of light soy sauce, 20g of sweet noodle sauce, and 20g of soft white sugar into the bowl

Put the pork belly strips in a container, mix the seasoning and pork belly thoroughly, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours

Take a casserole, scallion and ginger as the bottom

Place the marinated meat on top of green onion and ginger, one layer of meat and one layer of green onion and ginger

Put the seasonings into the pot, pour the seasoning soup and water into the casserole, and just surpass the meat.

Cover the casserole lid, after the high heat is boiled, wrap the casserole lid with a wet towel, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

OK! Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
1. You can use 50g soy sauce and 20g soy sauce. I don't like soy sauce because the color is too heavy, so I use soy sauce.
2. If there is a seasoning package for stewed pork, use one package instead of cinnamon, tangerine peel, pepper aniseed and bay leaves.
