Stewed Mushrooms with Curry Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients (you can replace the curry cubes with curry powder)

Mince the millet pepper, dice the onion, cut the potatoes, and divide the mushrooms into four.

Boil the water in a pot and blanch the mushrooms in the water for several tens of seconds to remove.

Pour a little oil in the hot pan, add the onion and stir until slightly yellow, add the millet pepper and stir fry.

Add potatoes and stir fry for 3 minutes, then add blanched mushrooms and stir fry for 2 minutes, add curry cubes, stir fry until the curry melts.
6.
Add in hot water without any ingredients, and simmer to the consistency you want.
