Stewed Noodles with Crucian Carp

The crucian carp is slaughtered to remove its internal organs. After washing, it is fried in a pan and golden on both sides, and more oil can be added.

Serve the fried crucian carp, add the sliced chili, ginger, and saute the pepper to fragrant.

Pour in the soy sauce.

Pour in clear water, more water, because vermicelli is more draught, pour in a little cooking wine and add refined salt.
