I used to work with my colleagues in the north and often eat their braised noodles with various vegetables. The noodles are delicious and nutritious, so I learned how to make it myself.

Stewed Noodles with Tomato and Mushroom

1. Prepare tomatoes, noodles, ham, bean skin and other ingredients, wash and cut them.

2. Add water to the pot, put some ginger and garlic to boil.

3. Add some chili sauce.

4. Add noodles and mushrooms.

5. Add the bean curd.

6. With salt.

7. Add chicken essence.

8. Add some sesame oil to season and cook.

9. In a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:

1. Add the ingredients one after another according to the degree of ripeness.
2. You can add different kinds of vegetables as you like.
3. Adding chili sauce is more appetizing.
