Stewed Papaya with Tremella and Red Dates
1.
Prepare the ingredients: Tremella, papaya, red dates, wolfberry, white sugar (the ones with rock sugar taste better with rock sugar).
2.
Put the white fungus in a large bowl and add an appropriate amount of water to soak for about 20 minutes.
3.
Tear off the stalk of the soaked white fungus, clean it and tear it into small pieces.
4.
Add water to the wolfberry and red dates separately and wash them.
5.
Peel and seed the papaya and cut into small pieces.
6.
Put the white fungus and red dates in the health pot and add an appropriate amount of water.
7.
Close the lid, select the function button for finely boiled white fungus soup, and press the start button.
8.
Five minutes before the end of the program, open the lid, add the wolfberry and papaya, stir for a while, close the lid and continue cooking.
9.
Add appropriate amount of sugar to taste according to personal taste before eating.
Tips:
The soaked white fungus needs to be boiled on a low heat, so that the gelatin can be cooked better;
Add the wolfberry and papaya a few minutes before turning off the heat. Adding too early will cause it to cook too badly and affect the taste;
Adding an appropriate amount of rock sugar before eating it tastes better. I ran out of it at home, so I used white sugar instead.
