Tasty and delicious, nutrition is all good tonic.

Stewed Pigeon

1. Dove wash head and paws

2. Diced and blanched

3. Cut the cooked pork belly into pieces, wash the mushrooms, and set aside the seasoning

4. Put the pigeon in a casserole, put green onions, aniseed and sliced ginger, and put cooking wine.

5. Add soup and stew

6. Simmer for an hour

7. Add pork belly and mushroom stew

8. Stew for another 30 minutes, add the goji berries

9. Simmer for another 10 minutes, add refined salt and remove from the pot.

Tips:

Nutritious and delicious, mushrooms need to be soaked in advance. Pigeons also need to soak for several hours to remove blood foam and fishy smell. Do not put salt when stewing, and put it after cooking.
