Stewed Pork Heart with Ginseng Slices

Take appropriate amount of ginseng slices, pass water once, pour in appropriate amount of boiling water and soak for about 20 minutes.

Wash the pig's heart, cut into thin slices and set aside.

The soaked ginseng slices are in a foaming state, add appropriate amount of water.

Pour the cut pig heart.

Take out the pressure cooker and wash it, put it in the stewing pot, cover the pot, turn the heat to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat.

After the pressure cooker is deflated, take out the stew cup and put it in a bowl and start eating.
Tips:
1. During the ginseng soup, do not drink tea, coffee, radish and other foods, so as not to reduce the efficacy.
2. No salt in ginseng soup.
