Stewed Pork Knuckles with Lotus Root

Ingredients: pork knuckle, lotus root, soybean, green onion, ginger

Put 5 grams of cooking wine into the pot with cold water for pigs’ hands, boil it for a while, force the bleeding out, remove it, and rinse with cold water

Cut lotus root into hob pieces, clean soybeans, slice ginger, and cut green onion into small pieces

Tips:
If there is no pressure cooker, you can use an ordinary boiling pot, and the time should be extended appropriately. If you like a lot of spices, you can add peppercorns, cloves, etc. The salt should be put last, so that the pork knuckle can be tasty and reduce the amount of salt.
