Stewed Pork Knuckles with Snow Peas
1.
Wash the pig's feet and soak the snow peas (I soaked it last night).
2.
Boil the scallion and ginger in the pot, and blanch the trotters for three minutes.
3.
Take it out, wash it in cold water, and pluck it (my wife’s eyebrow clip).
4.
Put cold water, rock sugar, vinegar, green onion, ginger slices, snow peas in the pot (I also put peanuts), and spices. Turn the high heat to a low heat. Season the pork knuckles to your liking.
Tips:
I turned the fire into a rice cooker, and it was perfect when I came back from get off work.
