Stewed Pork Ribs

Boil the ribs with cooking wine in the pot.

Remove and rinse.

Place the blanched ribs in the pot and add water to submerge the ribs.

Put the green onion and ginger on high heat and turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add carrots and white radish and continue to simmer for 20 minutes, add salt, and season with chicken essence.
