Stewed Pork Ribs with Cordyceps Flower

Boil the ribs with cold water in the pot.

Slice green onion and ginger, soak the cordyceps flowers in water to soften.
3.
Bring water to a boil in a casserole, add the ribs, boil the green onion and ginger, turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4.
Add cordyceps flowers and simmer for half an hour.
5.
Season with salt.
