Stewed Pork Ribs with Dried Beans

First put the dried beans in clean water and soak for more than twelve hours. Soak dry goods (including fungus, white fungus, mushrooms) must be cold water, not boiled water, nor warm water. Change the water several times during the soaking process of dried beans. After soaking, wash and drain the water.

After washing the ribs, blanch them in boiling water, rinse off the foam and remove them

Heat the iron pan, put the oil, add the onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, cinnamon after the oil is hot, and sauté until fragrant

Add the ribs, stir fry evenly, pour in the sauce, cooking wine and sugar

Pour in dried beans and stir fry. Add water to the vegetables, cover the pot and bring to a boil

Reduce the heat to simmer for about 40 minutes, collect the juice, turn off the heat, and serve
