Stewed Pork Ribs with Lotus Root

1. Spare ribs sauce, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, lotus root

2. Place the ribs in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes, then pick up

3. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, stir-fry the lower ribs until the surface is slightly yellow

4. Add star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and stir fry for a while

5. Add pork ribs sauce and stir well

6. Add two bowls of water, rock sugar and salt

7. Keep simmering on medium heat until the soup thickens
