Stewed Pork Ribs with Lotus Root and Peanuts

Put the ribs in cold water, put a little, cooking wine, boil, remove after two minutes.

Put the oil in a pot and heat it, add four pieces of rock sugar and fry until it melts and turns into a caramel color.

Add the blanched ribs and stir fry quickly until they are colored.

Add boiling water and green onion ginger and cook for five minutes.

Transfer to a casserole and simmer for 50 minutes. Then add salt and simmer for another ten minutes.
