Stewed Pork Ribs with Pineapple

Prepare the materials first.

After the ribs are washed, add salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Cut the pineapple into pieces and wash with light salt water.

Cut colored pepper into small pieces; slice ginger and garlic.
