Stewed Pork Trotters in Casserole

Prepare the trotters and chop them into pieces.

Pour cold water into the pot, bring to a boil over medium and low heat, blanch it and rinse with warm water.

Put some sliced ginger and green onion on the bottom of the pot. Use light white.

Put on the blanched trotters.

Add soy sauce, rock sugar, garlic cubes, sweet rice wine, cover, boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 2-3 hours, the time depends on personal taste.

Stew until the soup is rich, with shiitake mushrooms, fresh but not greasy.
Tips:
After blanching, rinse with warm water to remove scum.
