Stewed Pork Trotters with Three Vegetables

The pork ribs brought back from Yunnan are first soaked in water.

Wash the trotters.

Cut three-color vegetables into hob pieces.

Blanch the pork ribs and trotters in water, add sliced ginger and green onion to the water.
