Stewed Potato Beef with Soy Sauce

Prepare the raw materials;

Cut carrots and potatoes into hob pieces;

Soak the cut potato pieces in cold water for 20 minutes;

Cut the sirloin into pieces and blanch it in a pot under cold water;

Put the blanched beef into an electric pressure cooker, add the shallots, ginger slices and stewed meat ingredients, and then pour in hot water. The amount of hot water should be less than the beef, cover the pressure cooker cover and start to simmer for 30 minutes;

Pour edible oil into the wok, add soy sauce and stir fry for a fragrance;

Then add the sliced potatoes and carrots and stir fry;

Then pour in the stewed beef, potatoes and carrots and simmer thoroughly. Season with salt.
Tips:
When blanching beef, be sure to add the beef in cold water; this dish is slightly salty with soy sauce, and you should reduce it according to your own taste when adding salt.
