Stewed Rabbit Meat with Potatoes

Cut rabbit meat into pieces.

Cut potatoes into pieces with a hob.
3.
Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Fry the potato pieces in a frying pan and serve them out.

Saute the scallions, ginger, garlic in a frying pan, and fry the rabbit meat until the color changes.

Add water and salt, and simmer for 20 minutes.
7.
Add the fried potatoes and simmer for another 15 minutes.
