Stewed Rice with Mushrooms and Chicken Legs

200g rice / 1 chicken thigh / 5 shiitake mushrooms Accessories: soy sauce / vegetarian oyster sauce / ginger slices with scallion and water / water

Cut the chicken leg from the middle and flatten, cut off the bone part, and save the meat of the chicken leg.

*Shiitake mushrooms can also be replaced with other mushrooms, or carrots and other vegetables.

Cover the lid and press the cooking button to cook, just like usual cooking. After cooking, let it simmer for 5 minutes before boiling.
*Other electric rice cookers or electric pressure cookers at home can be used, as long as you choose the function of simmering rice.
