Stewed Sauerkraut with White Pork and Spine
1.
Wash the spine and white meat, and boil the bleeding water in a pot of boiling water
2.
Take it out and wash it, put it in the saucepan again, add enough water at one time, add the green onion, ginger, aniseed, tangerine peel, and cooking wine. Cook for about 40 minutes. The ribs and white meat are almost cooked. You can remove the white meat and slice it for later use.
3.
Sauerkraut shredded and washed, if sour, you can soak it in advance
4.
Squeeze out the water for use
5.
Put the sauerkraut in the pot and continue to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt, and simmer until it tastes good. Put the cut white meat on the surface and simmer for a few minutes to heat it out.
