Stewed Silky Chicken with Mushrooms
1.
Wash the silky chicken, pour it into boiling water and cook. When the foam comes out, turn off the heat. Remove the chicken and put it into an electric pressure cooker.
2.
Wash the shiitake mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, put them in a pot, add water and a spoonful of salt.
3.
Turn the electric pressure cooker to chicken and wait for the delicious chicken soup to come out of the pot.
4.
The fragrant mushroom stewed chicken is out of the pot, you can add some green onions to the soup (I don’t like to eat green onions, so I omitted) Mom is used to putting some goji berries when stewing, because I don’t have it here, so I didn’t put it. The stewed chicken didn't add anything but salt because the other ingredients would easily mix the mellow aroma of mushrooms, so you can taste the mellow aroma of mushroom stewed chicken without putting anything.
