Stewed Silver Carp

Wash the pieces of fish. Marinate for half an hour with the prepared seasonings.

Heat up a wok, add oil, onion and ginger until fragrant, add fish pieces and fry until golden on both sides.

Peel and slice garlic.

Fried fish pieces, add water and garlic flakes and simmer for 10 minutes.

When the soup is simmered until milky white, turn off the heat when the juice is almost collected. A delicious dish comes out of the pot.
