Stewed Snow Swallow with Wolfberry and Red Dates

Soak the snow swallows. It is recommended to start soaking at 10 o'clock before going to bed at night (the soaking time of snow swallows is more than 10 hours). One serving is enough for one person (the physique of snow swallows after soaking is 30-50 times the original).

Rinse the snow swallows after soaking the hair. The impurities can be picked out with tweezers and then rinsed off.

Wash goji berries and red dates (slicing and peeling is recommended) and set aside.

Put the washed snow swallows in the stewing pot.

Add sliced and peeled red dates, wolfberry, simmer for 20 minutes, then add rock sugar and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Tips:
1. Avoid drinking tea when eating snow swallows. In fact, tea contains a lot of tannins, which can destroy the nutrients of human medicines. It is best to keep them apart for 1 to 2 hours.
2. People who have a cold are not allowed to eat snow swallows. People who have a cold will have poor absorption, so everyone should pay special attention to it.
3. Do not smoke while eating snow swallows, and avoid absorbing second-hand smoke.
