Stewed Spanish Mackerel with Tofu

Remove the internal organs of the Spanish mackerel.

Cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pot, add the fish sections and stir fry, change the color and add the green onion and ginger sections.

Add appropriate amount of water, salt, and cooking wine.
5.
Add tofu to a boil over high heat, transfer to medium and low heat and simmer slowly until the broth turns white.

Cut broccoli into small flowers.
7.
Add it to the dashi broth and simmer.
8.
Add sesame oil.
9.
Add pepper to taste and season out.
Tips:
You don't need to put too much oil when frying the fish segments. This dish is mainly light.
