Stewed Spanish Mackerel with Tomatoes

Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Cut the Spanish mackerel into pieces.

Pour oil in the pan and fry the Spanish mackerel in the pan.

Fry on both sides until the meat is white and serve.

Pour oil in the pan and fry the tomatoes.

Stir-fry the juice and serve out the tomatoes.

Pour a little more oil in the pot and stir-fry the ginger.
