Stewed Sydney Tremella with Rock Sugar

Soak the white fungus in cold water in advance, preferably overnight

Soaked white fungus can be one to two times larger than unsoaked white fungus

Wash and peel the Sydney pear

Then cut the Sydney pear into small pieces

Remove the roots of the white fungus, tear them into small flowers by hand, and put them in the casserole

Put the cut pears in too

Put some red dates in

Put the rock sugar in the casserole

Add the right amount of water to the casserole (preferably without these ingredients)

Bring the soup to a boil on high fire first, then simmer on low fire for 1-2 hours

After simmering, put the washed goji berries in and cook for about one minute (don’t uncover it immediately after turning off the heat, and simmer for ten minutes for a better taste)

The stewed white fungus and snow pear soup is sweet and waxy, and the soup is very thick
