Stewed Tofu with Black Fungus and Cabbage
1.
Soak the black fungus in advance and rub it with salt to clean it. After cutting the cabbage into sections, cut into thin strips.
2.
Blanch the pork belly and cut into small pieces. The tofu is made of old tofu, and the stew is made of old tofu, which tastes better.
3.
Add oil to the pan, add minced ginger onion, tofu, and pork belly and fry. Stir-fried pork belly will produce oil, and tofu will be fried at the same time, which saves trouble.
4.
When the tofu and pork belly are fried to a slightly yellowish color, add some boiling water or bone broth, and add the black fungus and cabbage after it is brought to a boil.
5.
Bring to a boil again, transfer to a casserole, continue to simmer for 8-10 minutes, add salt to taste, sprinkle some chopped green onion or minced garlic, and serve.
