Stewed Tofu with Cabbage in Casserole

Preheat the electric baking pan and brush with a small amount of oil, and fry the sliced tofu until golden on both sides.

Turn on a low heat throughout the whole process. After the casserole is hot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant. (I don’t have any green onions anymore, so I have to add green onions)

Stir fry with cabbage.

Add tofu and some water. Add salt, thirteen incense, chicken noodles, and oyster sauce. Simmer on low heat for about ten minutes.

Out of the pot.
Tips:
In fact, it’s best to sauté the pork belly in a cold pan with cold oil over a low heat, and then stir-fry the cabbage and stew it together to make it delicious. I did not add meat to reduce my calorie intake.
