Stewed Tofu with Colored Vegetables

Ingredients: tofu, mushrooms, carrots, lettuce roots, eggs.

Cut tofu into small pieces, peel and cut carrots and lettuce roots into small pieces.

Tear small pieces of mushrooms.
4.
Drag the tofu into the egg mixture.
5.
Fry in a frying pan over low heat until golden brown.
6.
After frying, set it up for later use.

Fry the carrots in the pan with the remaining oil.
8.
Then add the lettuce root and fry in the pan.
9.
Then add the mushrooms and tofu together and stir fry evenly.
10.
Pour a few drops of soy sauce, add sugar, oyster sauce, pepper and a small bowl of water and simmer until the juice is collected.
