Stewed Tofu with Nameko Mushroom

Prepare a box of tofu and a box of slippery mushrooms.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms, break them apart, and cut the tofu into thick slices.

Prepare chopped green onion.

Add oil to the pot and fry the chopped green onion.
5.
Add scallop mushrooms and stir fry.
6.
Add soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices. Stir fry evenly.
7.
Add tofu.
8.
Add a small bowl of water and pause for 2 minutes.
9.
Add water starch after the water in the pot is boiled. Simple stir fry.
10.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
Do not overturn the tofu and finely chop it.
