Stewed Tofu with Wormwood Stalks

Wash the wormwood stem and cut into sections, and cut the tofu into pieces for later use.

Cut garlic into slices, heat a little oil in the pan, add the pepper, wait for the color of the pepper to change, take it out, add the garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Put the tofu cubes, add a small amount of soy sauce, a bowl of water, and simmer for eight minutes.
