Stewed Tremella with Pumpkin and Red Dates

Soak the white fungus and red dates in advance.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes of about 1 cm.

Remove the roots, wash and tear the white fungus into small flowers, put them into the pot with the red dates and rock sugar, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly over medium and low heat.

After half an hour, the white fungus becomes soft and waxy. Add pumpkin and wolfberry and stew until the pumpkin is soft and rotten.

Drink hot in winter, and chill in summer.
