Stewed Tremella with Rock Sugar and Sydney

Prepare white fungus, Sydney, rock sugar, and wolfberry.

Soak the white fungus in advance, wash and tear small flowers for later use.

Peel and cut Sydney pear into small pieces.

Put the white fungus in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of cold water; bring to a boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Add rock sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes, until saccharified.
6.
Pour in Sydney and simmer for another 15 minutes.
7.
Add medlar, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Tips:
1. Pears are cold in nature, do not eat too much raw at a time.
2. People with weak spleen and stomach should not eat raw pears. Cut pears into pieces and boil water before eating.
