Stewed Turtle

1 live turtle.

Remove the head of the live soft-shelled turtle, slaughter and let the blood clean, then scald it with hot water and peel it off.

Cut into small pieces.

Longan, red dates, medlar.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add cooking wine and blanch the turtle.

Put the turtle in the casserole, add the green onion and ginger slices.

Add red dates, lotus seeds, and longan.
