Stewed Vermicelli with Cabbage Balls

Main ingredients: pork balls, sweet potato vermicelli, baby vegetables

The baby cabbage is chopped into thick green onions and ginger, minced, and 1 star anise.

Put the bottom oil in the pot, saute the shallots, ginger and star anise

Saute the seasoning and add the cut baby cabbage, stir fry

Stir fry the water vapor in baby cabbage, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little salt

After mixing well, add meatballs and sweet potato vermicelli. (The sweet potato vermicelli I used is relatively thin, and it is not soaked in advance. If you use coarse vermicelli, you need to soak the vermicelli softly)

Add water to two-thirds of the ingredients (not too much water, the cabbage will make soup during the simmering process) and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and simmer for a while.

Simmer until the soup is almost gone, the vermicelli is cooked thoroughly and smoothly, then turn off the heat
Tips:
The sweet potato vermicelli I used is relatively thin, and it is not soaked in advance. If you use coarse vermicelli, you need to soak the vermicelli softly.
