Sticky Rice

Soak the glutinous rice three hours in advance.

After soaking, drain the water to remove impurities.

Pour the glutinous rice into the rice cooker, add water that has not covered half of the glutinous rice, and start the steaming process.

After steaming, remove the lid and leave the air open for ten minutes.

Prepare a bowl and apply a little cooking oil on the whole wall of the bowl.

Put on dried cranberries.

Use a spoon to dig in the glutinous rice, and gently press to flatten it.

Use a plate, buckle it out, sprinkle a little sugar on the surface, and the beautiful glutinous rice is ready.
Tips:
The glutinous rice should be soaked for sufficient time to make it delicious when steamed. Whether you can sprinkle sugar or not, it depends on your taste.
