Sticky Rice

Soak the mushrooms and shrimps in advance. Dice soaked shiitake mushrooms, dice salami, and chop chives.

At this time, cook the glutinous rice first, add 500 grams of glutinous rice to 150 grams of sticky rice, so that the glutinous rice will not be too sticky and will be better. The water must be less than usual for cooking, just one centimeter higher than the glutinous rice.

Scatter the cooked glutinous rice with a rice spoon and set aside.

Add oil to the pan.

After the oil is boiled, add the shrimps and sausages, stir-fry for a while on medium heat, then add the shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry for a while. Then add peanuts (I bought salted fried peanuts which are fried on the outside), add half a teaspoon of salt, and stir fry.

Then pour in the rice, use a spatula to break up the rice, and stir-fry on a low heat. The rice is already cooked and hot, so just turn down the heat.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and appropriate amount of soy sauce (note that you have already put half a teaspoon of salt before, and salted peanuts will have salt, so don't add too much soy sauce). You're done, the fragrant and soft Cantonese glutinous rice is complete~
Tips:
The water used to cook glutinous rice is less than usual, and the water surface should be 1 cm higher than the glutinous rice.
