1. I chose round glutinous rice, but there are many kinds of glutinous rice, including round glutinous rice, long glutinous rice, etc. Relatively speaking, round glutinous rice tastes softer and glutinous than long glutinous rice, so I like to eat sticky glutinous rice. Friends can consider choosing round glutinous rice, otherwise choose long glutinous rice;
2. The soaking time of glutinous rice is actually very random, ranging from 2 to 4 hours for soaking to 1 day for soaking. That is because it can be compensated in the later processing. For example, for glutinous rice that has not been soaked, it can be considered longer. Time steaming or relying on the power of a pressure cooker to soften glutinous rice. If the glutinous rice is soaked for a long time and in place, it can be steamed for a short time. The glutinous rice will become soft and glutinous, so you can adjust it yourself;
3. This glutinous rice is made without any sugar. It is purely based on the sweetness of dates. But if you like sweet friends add some sugar and eat it with it, it will be more delicious, and the taste can be made at will.
