Sticky rice noodles are rice noodles. The steamed cakes without baking powder have a slightly worse taste than those sold in supermarkets.

Sticky Rice Noodles and Milk Pudding

1. Change sticky rice noodles, a cheesecake mold;

2. Soak the yeast in 50 grams of water for a while, then pour the soaked yeast liquid into the rice noodles;

3. Pour milk

4. Stir evenly into a thin batter;

5. Pour the batter into the mold;

6. Boil in plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place;

7. Batter fermented to twice the size;

8. Put a little water on the surface of the batter and dry cranberries, put the mold in a steamer, boil on high heat, and steam for 20-30 minutes after boiling;

9. Steamed rice cakes; the non-stick mold is very convenient, just cut into pieces when you eat it.

Tips:

Since baking powder is not used, the taste is worse than those sold in supermarkets. Milk is added to make the hair cakes whiter in color.
