Sticky Rice Shrimp Balls

Soak the glutinous rice in water for more than 12 hours in advance. (If the weather is hot, change the water halfway)
Peel the shrimps and process them together with the pork tenderloin into minced meat, then add chopped shallots, egg whites, flour, salt and a little cooking oil, stir in one direction to form minced meat

Clarify the water of the glutinous rice and use a small spoon to form meatballs

Put it on top of glutinous rice and roll it back and forth

Until the glutinous rice is filled with meat balls

Steam the prawn balls covered with glutinous rice in a pot for about 20 minutes. (Medium and small fire)

If you like, you can also add more juice to the shrimp balls. For example, add a little bit of water to the pot, then add tomato sauce and abalone juice, and gently stir evenly.
