Sticky Tortillas

1. Put flour, sticky cornmeal, sugar, and yeast together in a basin.

2. Mix well.

3. Add water and make a thick dough.

4. The fermented dough has many honeycomb holes on the surface.

5. Stir and exhaust.

6. Fill the flat-bottomed non-stick pan with oil and heat, the dough is very sticky, apply oil on your hands, grab an appropriate amount of dough and put it into the pan, and gently press it to prevent it from burning.

7. Fry on medium and small fire until golden brown and set, then turn over.

8. Just fry the other side.

Tips:

The sticky cornmeal I use is homemade cornmeal, which is lighter in color. The ground flour looks a bit like soybean flour, but the color will be darker after frying, and the texture is softer than ordinary corn flour.
