Stir-fried Amaranth
1.
Go with the red amaranth and remove the old leaves.
2.
Clean and drain the water.
3.
Mince garlic.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, and saute the garlic first.
5.
Pour in the red amaranth and stir fry quickly.
6.
Stir-fry until soft, add salt, and stir-fry the chicken essence evenly.
7.
Plate.
Tips:
Stir-fried vegetables must be fried.
