Amaranth is now the most in-season dish.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Amaranth

1. Wash the amaranth, drain and set aside

2. Green peppers, shallots. Wash the garlic, cut it, and set aside

3. Put the oil in the pot, add the green peppers, to the washed amaranth

4. Stir fry until the amaranth shrinks, add some salt

5. Finally, add garlic, shallots and thirteen spices to serve

Tips:

1. When washing amaranth, soak it in salt water for a while to wash away the small bugs;
2. When buying amaranth, buy more. If you don’t, you don’t need one plate when you stir fry.
