Stir-fried Asparagus and Carrots with Minced Meat

Prepare the fat and lean meat, remove the old roots of asparagus, scrape and wash the carrots;

Dice carrots and asparagus;

Tips:
1. Spicy tempeh is homemade, you can use ready-made Laoganma or other hot sauce;
2. Carrots are less likely to be cooked than asparagus. They can be cooked at the same time by frying the asparagus for a few times.
