Stir-fried Assorted Dice with Almonds

Prepare the required materials

Wash the cucumber and dice, peel the horseshoe and red robu, wash and dice, and cut ginger and garlic into slices.

Heat up the wok and release the oil, add ginger and garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the cut cucumber, red robu, horseshoe, and corn kernels.

Stir fry for 1 minute, add salt and sugar.

Continue to stir-fry until cooked, add light soy sauce and chicken essence to taste.

Pour in the almonds and stir well

Add a little chopped green onion and serve on a plate.
Tips:
Almond diced itself is ripe, so it should not be added too early. Adding too early will make the almonds soft and taste worse.
